If you are attempting to build a Hulda Clark Syncrometer from the instructions found in Dr. Clark's books or the video Syncrometer Basics, you need a miniature audio output transformer like the one below.

Building a Syncrometer is actually a lot easier than learning to master it. The only hard part about building a Syncrometer is cutting the two aluminum test plates and finding the above audio transformer. We've got both. The audio transformer is easy to install because it's five wires are color coded exact to Dr. Clark's instructions. The Miniature Audio Output Transformer is 1K ohm center-tapped to 8 ohms.
